Indian Navy has released advertisement for civilian recruitment. Under this, recruitment will be done for the posts of Chargeman, Scientific Assistant, Draftsman, Fireman, Fire Engine Driver, Tradesman Mate, Cook, Pest Control Worker, Multitasking Staff. 10th and 12th pass candidates can apply for this recruitment.
Notification for Indian Navy Civilian Group B and Group C recruitment has been issued. Both male and female candidates can apply for this. Online applications have been invited from the candidates for this recruitment. Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment is being organized for 741 posts. Online applications for this recruitment will start from 20th July and the last date for application has been kept as 2nd August.
Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment Application Fee
In Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment, the application fee for General OBC and EWS category has been kept at Rs 295, whereas the application is free for SC, ST, Disabled, Ex-Servicemen and all women. Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode.
Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment Age Limit
The age limit for the post of Chargeman Mechanic and Scientific Assistant has been kept from 18 to 30 years, while the age limit for the post of Fireman and Fire Engine Driver has been kept from 18 to 27 years. Apart from this, the age limit for all other posts has been kept from 18 to 25 years. In this, the age will be calculated on the basis of 2 August 2024. All reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per government rules.
Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment Educational Qualification
For the posts of Tradesman Mate, Pest Control Worker, Cook, Multitasking Staff, Draftsman, the candidate should have 10th class from a recognized board and ITI or experience in the relevant field. For the post of Fireman and Fire Engine Driver, the applicant should be 12th pass and have course or license in the relevant field. Apart from this, for other posts, the candidate should have degree or diploma and experience in the relevant field.
Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment Selection Process
The selection of candidates for Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment will be done on the basis of written exam, physical exam, document verification and medical exam. The computer based exam will be of 100 marks for which 90 minutes will be given.
